Return shipment requirements

If products contain a seal for hygienic and/or health reasons, they can only be returned sealed. This applies in particular to hygiene products. These are the requirements:

  1. The sealing of the products - which was placed due to hygienic and/or health reasons - has not been removed.
  2. Return shipment was requested within 14 days of delivery, or the products were returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipment

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it for no reason. The costs are then for our own account and are not reimbursed by us. For products that are damaged, we reserve the right to charge the damage. When a product has a broken seal, we reserve the right to refuse or to charge the damage.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw the order within a period of 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you will get the good possession of the good physical. After applying for a return shipment you have another 14 days to send the products back to our return address. You can via support@minodeals.com Send us an email with the order data.

We pay you back with the same payment method with which you have performed the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We pay the purchase amount (excluding any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but back within 14 days after receipt of the discrimination communication. However, keep in mind that we will withhold the shipping costs due to the costs incurred during the shipping of the order. However, we can wait with a reimbursement until we have received the products.
